Parking was a problem. First night, we were contacted and asked to move vehicle from designated parking spot after 10:00 PM, because owner had changed his mind. On second last day, a message came that all parking for B&B had been taken back by owner. Smoke detector began beeping first night, needing a new battery. No one was available to remedy that. Staff had difficulty understanding the problem. We replaced it ourselves. Previous guests had clogged bathroom sink with food waste. We unclogged it ourselves. Mini fridge leaked. Issues were reported, but no response came. The room itself was quiet, spacious, comfortable and very clean. A great location.

Room was beautiful, views of old Quebec were stunning. Pool is a bit small. We didn't receive the free beverages as per our reservation. Otherwise our stay was nice.

Pool, sauna, gym was flawlessly themed and integrated within the spaces. Architects and designers nailed it!

The apartment was clean, very comfortable, and in a perfect location to walk around the city. I was nervous about parking, but they were quick to reply with a list of nearby parking garage options. The digital keys worked great too.
