"Easy check in even though it was very late. 24 hour room service if you need it. The breakfast starting at 5am had a lot of selections. "

After we told them, they sent someone after multiple reminders to add basic amenities such as soap, shampoo etc. Even then, they forgot some things. Despite multiple calls to the Front Desk, there was no progress. We finally had to go down ourselves to get what we needed from the reception. No apology, nothing.. I would 100% not stay again. "

Honnêtement, c'est un hôtel qui se démarque. Et c'est sans parler du professionnalisme de la manager à l'accueil (Mallaury) à qui j'ai eu affaire !"

"Staff was nice. Room was clean but a little shabby in condition. But the beds were comfortable and it was quiet. Location is weird but near where we needed to be. No view to speak of. Hotel is under renovations currently so be aware."

"Stayed one night because we had an early flight the next day. Rooms were small but clean & comfortable with soundproof windows so we did not hear any jets. Reasonable variety at the restaurant including vegetarian options, extremely nice staff, overall a good choice & I would readily stay again. "
