"Very kind and friendly staff, the cleaning lady whom we met was exceptionally good, it's a shame we didn't get her name. Carla, the concierge was also excellent, very helpful and accommodating. Location is very good, room is spacious. Would definitely recommend to friends."

"Stayed in 301-The loft its self is nice looking (fully equip)... We did have small ants we had to kill daily and few silver fish bugs in the bathroom coming from the baseboards (not a lot,but still not great).
