Comfortable hotel

The hotel was comfortable, clean and the front desk staff very helpful. The restaurant waiter was a bit abrasive; however, the food was good. The location is not the best, but a 20 min walk from all we needed.

Nice, comfortable and great staff

We spent one night at the hotel and the room was clean, comfortable. The food at the restaurant was good and really affordable as well. We really liked all the staff. The people at the restaurant were super friendly and helpful.

Camareros de 10

Una noche de paso en família. Llegamos tarde, con la cocina cerrada y los niños hambrientos, y pese a ello los camareros alargaron su horario para prepararnos algo. Se nos ganaron y desde aquí quiero darles mil gracias.

Tranquilidad y descanso en el Camino de Santiago.

Unos impresentables

Personal muy descortes, sobre todo los encargados. A pesar de que en su página web ponen que admiten mascotas, nos denegaron la entrada por llevar un perro pequeño a pesar de haber pagado por adelantado la reserva. Su disculpa era que habían cambiado de dueños y ya no se admitían animales, sin embargo la reserva la habíamos hecho hacía 2 días. Solo despues de una hora de discusiones nos dejaron acceder al pedir la hoja de reclamaciones y disponernos a llamar a la guardia civil. Tienen mucho que aprender sobre como se trata a los clientes.

Pedimos una habitación cuádruple con cuatro camas individuales y cumplieron. Las camas son cómodas. Las paredes un poco de papel, y cuando alguien mueve la cama parece que se cae el edificio. Por lo demás buen descanso. Recomendable.

Principales inconvenientes: 1.- Llegamos cuando estaba cerrada la cafetería y en ningún sitio nos pudieron suministrar agua 2.- El minibar vacío. 3.- Sólo se veían 8 canales en la TV. 4.- Las cortinas no permitían dejar a oscuras la habitación por lo que a las 7 ya nos despertamos.

Great Restaurant/Bar staff. Hotel another story..

Received an unwelcoming, homophobic reaction from male front desk staff. Shower head spray was sharp and iratic. Toilet had not been properly cleaned.

A good place to stay

We were meeting some friends who were walking the Camino and Sahagun was an ideal spot. Our check in was easy, despite being earlier than the advertised time, and we had an excellent lunch followed by a similarly enjoyable dinner that night. The staff worked hard and were most obliging. Our guest pilgrims also enjoyed the hotel, especially the bath.

El aire no funciona bien. Muy alejado del centro junto a la estación de ferrocarril. Hotel bien conservado con habitaciones amplias y cómodas. La TV muy antigua y apenas canales.Las instalaciones y desayuno bien. Plato de bañera rajado y a pesar de ser grande se sale el agua de ducha.

Modern hotel near to town

The hotel is value for its money but the WiFi is nearly nonexistent at some rooms. It is quiet situated and the rooms are big and clean.
