「The staff was very friendly. 24 hr lobby, late night check-in, great breakfast until 10 am. The soaps were pretty smelly, but the staff said they would be happy to remove them from our room before we got there. Let them know if this is an issue for you. It's 3 story, with an elevator, ice machines on each floor. Rooms open to the outside. The allow dogs but not cats. It was very easy to find, easy to park. We will stay there again next time.」

「Very clean room! Updated room. Comfortable bed with lots of pillows. It is an older, roadside motel so don't expect the Four Seasons, but for the price and cleanliness... can't be beat in Bend. Oh, one more thing... the shower's water pressure will push you out the back wall! Very nice change from typical water stingy fixtures. Talk to Jose at the front desk. He is amazing.」
