The room was very spacious and all staff were very helpful.

room was very clean. staff were very friendly and helpful.

We stayed here for a week while visiting our daughter who lived nearby. The staff were friendly, and polite. No problem with communication even though I do not speak Japanese. I really enjoyed their breakfast buffet. The view of the mountains from the room can't be beat. I agree with one review that said the toilet in the reception is the best toilet I have been to in Japan, as crazy as that may sound. Highly recommend!

Room was amazing and huge! We got a private Onsen in ours and it was so cool! Definitely recommend staying there!!

Great place to stay. Clean and very comfortable. Conveniently close to the train station. Only downside really is that you can hear everything in the hallway.

It was really great, clean rooms and great staff

Big rooms, amazing staff and beautiful surroundings. The Onsen was the best part. Would stay here again.

Very close to train station and has a 24/7 supermarket literally across the street. Breakfast contains a variety of homemade Japanese dishes and is delicious. Room is small and good for solo traveler but the rate is great.

I would give the staff 10 stars if possible! Everyone on staff was excellent. If I could change one thing with the hotel, I would ask for the non-smoking rooms to be priced the same as the smoking rooms.

The location is really good, close to the JR station & bus station. The hotel staffs are friendly, EN communication is ok!

Everything was amazing. The room was spacious and my wife and I were able to rest and recover after a long multi week trip through Japan and Korea. The only downside was that the laundry facilities were temporarily out of service during our stay. Other than that I highly recommend for a peaceful night to recover the body.

The staff was amazing! So kind
