"Hotel de Guise has bags of charm so close to Nancy’s Grand Rue and is a peaceful spot to stay. A perfect small friendly hotel, with attentive but not intrusive service. Despite being in the ‘Old town’ nearby parking is no problem and if downloaded the EasyPark app for on street parking is super easy to use. "

"The room wasn’t as clean as I would have hoped for a Novotel. So much dust everywhere. No water in the room only to find out you need to collect a bottle and fill it near the reception. Only noticed when it was after midnight. Why having a fridge in the room and no water or drinks in it. The sink in the bathroom smelled of sewage. Pool area and general area looked ok. Ed was a double and made a lot of noise when turning. Not great. "
