「Nicole went above and beyond to help me with my reservation. She was absolutely polite and so very kind. The hotel is beautiful, with the option to feed Alpacas and sit by the bonfire were absolutely incredible. The views are also amazing! I really enjoyed my room as well, as it had a bathtub. Overall very comfortable.」

「The place was good and relaxing but it is away from town. No activities in hotel. Good if you want to relax before or after machu pichu. Room is clean and has good views. Breakfast was nice」

「A nice hotel with very comfortable beds. No heat but had enough blankets on the bed to keep you warm. Loved the breakfast.」

「Just wow. The location and facilities were perfect. The food was delicious, and the staff were some of the friendliest, most service-oriented people I’ve ever encountered. They even had alpacas we could feed—plus kittens and ponchos! This place is truly a hidden gem. Highly recommended.」

「Beautiful boutique hotel with only 16 rooms that are spacious, elegant, quiet, safe and convenient. The staff is amazing and helped mewith anything and everything I needed including fixing my glasses I sat on and shopping for special foods I like. I felt deeply cared for. I now consider this my home in the Sacred Valley and hope to return someday. This is for sure THE only place to stay in my opinion.」
