The hot water system failed. Staff waited for us to discover it. Alternative room not offered. Discount or comp not offered. We will not return to this hotel nor would we recommend it.

Check in was a breeze! The staff was so kind! Rooms are clean, very comfortable. Kuerig with coffee. Microwave. The only bummer was that there was an issue with the hot water. So, hot showers were out! Ugh. Will stay again if we end up coming through this airport again.

Everyone we met from the shuttle drivers to front desk to waitress went out of their way to make sure we were welcomed! We had reservations for the following weekend at another hotel but canceled there and rescheduled at Hilton.

I didn’t like that they don’t recognize ESAs(emotional support animals) when so many other hotels do. Also the room isn’t very up to date since there are no usb-c outlets to plug into. Using WiFi was more complicated than it should have been. I chose this hotel because of its convenient location but I won’t be staying at a Hilton in the future.

All staff was friendly and the only redeeming quality of the hotel. Is your basic cookie cutter hotel, but my room wasn't properly cleaned when i got into it, the breakfast was absolutely NOT worth the $14 charge, and i could hear my neighbors and people walking around. I will NEVER stay at ANY Hilton ever again. I've never had a good experience at one

Small issue with shower was attended to quickly by attentive front desk staff. Restaurant on site was clean and friendly with good choices of food / bar for travellers. A great location with shuttle for Sacramento airport.

The property is 3.75 starts. It’s newer, clean, all one needs to overnight while traveling. The area restaurants are lower end chains with the top being Sizzler! If you want dinner, I recommend the hotel.

Absolutely worst service and breakfast of any Hilton the woman at the front desk this morning told me she couldn’t bring me more towels and then said,”don’t you have any in your room” we had two towels for three people. She then said she had no one who would bring me towels when there was house keepers all over the floor. She completely ignored me and started playing on her phone. When I went down to the lobby she sent house keeping to being someone else toilet paper. The food was disgusting my dog even spit out the bacon. I give his place a zero because of the horrible service and food.

Convenient short drive to downtown Sacramento and food options near the hotel. Was a little disappointed that upon arrival we were given a one bed room when my reservation that was secured 3 months prior was for two beds. I wasn’t aware of this change until I walked into the room. Front desk didn’t mention it and so I went back down to advise of the issue. I was told they overbooked and so the sofa pulled out into a bed so there was enough room to accommodate my party of 4. My issue is that a pull out sofa bed is no where near as comfortable or equal in size to a bed. Front desk staff advised me that the room I was given was actually more expensive than the one I booked with two beds when I inquired about a price change refund. I did not care that it was a more expensive room I wanted the convenience of TWO beds which I did not end up getting for what booked. This is where a little more incentive to maintain higher quality customer service satisfaction could have come into play.

Staff was extremely friendly and let us check in early. The hotel has great features like mobile check in, having access to the room key and room controls on your phone. Property was very clean and quiet. Would absolutely stay there again.
