It is an excellent hotel! Staff greeted us upon check in and were very friendly and always smiling. The free breakfast was great and there are many eating places surrounding the hotel. Will definitely return!

What an awful experience. From the surly front desk clerk, crunchy carpet in the hotel room, broken toilet, moldy shower and stripped-off-the-wall artwork…and at $200 a night! If you have someone in your life that you really don’t like, please recommend this place for them to stay.

The staff was great. Chris checked us in. He was very professional & courteous. The breakfast was awesome & the breakfast staff was very friendly & accomodating. I enjoyed the light roast coffee & the coffee bar was conveniently available 24/7. Thanks for making our stay enjoyable.

The reception staff was great, location to SMF was perfect and the free airport shuttle was the main reason for booking. However the rooms are worn and dated. Each room has it's own mini split and not only was the one in my room loud, but I could hear them from the rooms around me turning when they would be running.

Nice but needs improvement
We were comfortable in our room although we found someone's socks behind the chair! Kind of doubted the cleanliness and the thoroughness with which the room was cleaned after that. Breakfast service was always great! We will make our reservation at this same hotel for next Christmas season. Would suggest more security lights in the parking lot and maybe camera. Someone's car was broken into while we were there.

Great hotel really enjoyed it!
This was a great hotel, conveniently near the airport and in the outskirts of Sacramento which was convenient and felt safe. The hotel was lovely, with nice rooms, comfortable beds, and a great breakfast! Staff were professional and friendly. I recommend staying here and I look forward to future stays.

The room is dated and dark lighting. bathroom not super clean and bed very hard. Breakfast and the lobby are nice and adequate. There is broken glass in the parking lot from a car window and homeless people down the street. It's nice they accept pets.

This is an average hotel priced as an above average hotel. The room was clean. The bed comfortable. The bathroom was clean but underwhelming. The big issue was noise. My room was near the boiler room outside of which is a large heat exchanger or cooling unit. I am not exactly sure what it is, but it never turns off, and it’s varying humming noise and the vibration it causes is enough to keep one awake. I believe the clerk intentionally gave me this room believing that I would not complain.

I thought it was a very nice place to stay I got to swim in the pool and it was very good 👍. The only thing that I didn't like was the shower drain was clogged with other peoples hair that I had to remove by hand and the drain stopper was actually just sitting loose on the drain so you couldn't have taken a bath if you wanted to. If you can handle that it wasn't bad at all though nothing else looked dirty and the bed was nice and comfortable.
