「We had a room with a kitchenette but with no any kitchen ware such as fry pan, plates and forks😭 but the neighborhood is quite and only a few minutes drive to a supermarket. Found mold in the shower area which is really not ok. 」

「Nice staff although additional costs such as use of pool and swim caps weren't explained to us prior, despite having called before arriving and being told the swim pool was included in our price. Very dated rooms and the hotel lobby is a complete mess with furniture everywhere. Swimming pool was nice but jacuzzi looked out onto a small maintenance area that wasn't very nice to look at.」

「This property had its day but long passed now. The spa area is very dirty. Unscrubbed tiles, unkempt grounds & outdoor common areas. The thermal pools were lukewarm, dirty, & jets not fully functioning. The lobby area and dining room are nice but staff is rude and haughty with the impression they are still in the grandiose days of yore.」

「Great location, well maintained property. Good breakfast, close to St. Anthony basilica and other atractions. Quiet room and air conditioning available. Staff very helpfull. Cleaned daily and towels changed everyday too.」

「The staff barely spoke English and weren’t helpful at all. Check in and check out a total disaster. I was told I had to wait until 8:00 to do my check out . Toilets leak and a/c barely works. The pool area is nice, but the hotel is very poorly maintained. The scrambled eggs at breakfast were inedible.」
