"Beautiful building with a fantastic view. Lighting in the room was very poor, internet was spotty, the mattress was really terrible. Restaurant was decent. Overall, it was a decent place but overrated in our opinion and in need of some updates"

"Showed up and staff tried to put us in a lesser room in the basement of property. We spent 1.25 hours arguing back and forth even though our receipt showed exactly what type of room we were supposed to get. Property staff gave us two different explanations for mix up. Both of which were disproven by us through the use of receipt. It was clear the staff was simply trying to bump us into a lesser room to make more money off the better room. Also, breakfast was meager and not appetizing. There was a player of cold scrambled eggs that sat out the duration of the meal. Very disappointed."

"I liked the look of the Marchesina Hotel. Very spacious, easy flow, lots of areas to sit, Our particular room, a little needy for traveling tourists with suitcases and places to hang toiletrybag, towels. I would say a little upgrade is needed in respect to tourists needs in a oom."
