The staff was rude and made you wait for a long time for everything the hotel was dirty the carpet was disgusting and the floors had not been cleaned and the rooms were very cheaply decorated and not very clean

Room was large and very nice. Microwave, stovetop burners & mini-fridge. I had two two issues which required staff contact at night when the office was already closed. They didn't have a room available for when I needed to check-in to start work so I had to find a hotel that could accommodate that, but Aloha wouldn't refund the night. There was no one on site, everything was done online and it felt extremely impersonable.
