「Very nice and clean hotel. Very friendly people」

「Nice with small swimming pool,」

「Har bott där i en månad , fin frukost , tyst läge , ok nära till staden , snäll personal . Rekommenderas 🇦🇿🇸🇪🇸🇪🇸🇪🇸🇪」

「Lovely hotel. Quite quirky but large rooms and interesting decor. Baku itself is fascinating and a city of contrasts.」

「Очень тихий спокойный」

「Room was very hot」

「Very rude staff and completly lack in customer service.. rooms are not sound proof and AC doesn't work .. highly humid as close to sea and staff is not supportive at all .. I need to leave the room as can't sleep and no further support offered by management. Don't fall in trap of fake ratings this place has .. some rooms are without windows.」

「Property was good in that budget but there were bathroom problems water of camod/laterine use to flow out of the sink flew right under our feet & clogged there infront of basin where we were standing & brushing our teeth. During our sleep drops of freezing water flew right beside the bed from the ceiling where it leaked on us. The temperature upon arriving in our room was too hot , upon concerning the condition to manager all he did was opened the window as the ac was set to winter cooling...

「As soon as i came in to check in. They sent me to another hotel. Madina hotel. I went there waited for 2 hours. And they sent me back to zam zam. They told me that the room i booked is not available. So they can give me a smaller room. I took a look at it. It was so small i couldn’t fit in there with my suitcase. The staff was terrible. Very rude and acted like i need to」

「I made a reservation and paid the whole amount. However, the hotel unilaterally cancelled my reservation on the day of checking in. I am negotiating the return of my payment, but no progress so far...」
