Great hotel

very good location in central Saas-Fee. Staff friendly and helpful. The beds were very comfortable and the standard room a good size for two people. There is a ski depot in the basement for ski equipment, each room has their own locker. We enjoyed our stay very much

Saas Fee ist ein sehr schöner Ort war schon öfter da. Aber Hotel Dom ist nicht mehr so gut wie es mal war. Zum Frühstück immer das selbe keinen einzigen Tag etwas anderes am Frühstücksbüffet. Das Problem dieses Hotel besitzt keine Küche mehr du musst jeden Abend irgendwo reservieren. Absolut nervig. Kostet Unmengen an Geld. Zum Zimmer mini bar leer , kein WC Papier im Bad , bei 3 Leuten 2 Handtücher und und und. Sauberkeit sehr schlecht Zimmer wird mit einem Lappen durch Gewischt. Also ich persönlich muss sagen, ich bin absolut sehr enttäuscht im Gegensatz zu den Jahren vorher.

Les + Nous avons eu la plus belle chambre de l’hôte avec jacuzzi, sauna et douche welness. Le buffet du petit-déjeuner était parfait. Le personnel était également professionnel et souriant... Les - La propreté de la suite pourrait être meilleure (surtout pour une suite de ce standing). Il a fait beaucoup trop chaud dans la chambre et en particulier au 5ème étage. Nous avons dû demander de couper nos radiateurs. Les fenêtres ne s’ouvrant pas complètement. Il y a une machine à café avec des capsules offertes mais pas de théière. Les oreillers étaient inconfortables (trop mous) et les fourres de duvets ne se fermaient pas au bas, le duvet ressortait donc de sa fourre. Et une petite attention dans la chambre aurait été appréciée (comme une demi-bouteille de vin ou de Prosseco... ou encore un petit chocolat sur l’oreiller).

Kurztrip nach Saas Fee

Wir machten einen Kurztrip nach Saas Fee. Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral und man erreicht alles gut zu Fuss. Für die sonnigen Tage schenkt das Hotel den Gästen Sonnenbrillen. Das Zimmer war sehr modern ausgestattet, mit Steuerungspanel für Licht und grossem TV. Das Frühstücksbüffet bietet vieles, sodass man gut gestärkt die Aktivitäten von Saas Fee in Angriff nehmen kann.

Top Preis-/Leistungs-Verhältnis

Saas Fee, bzw. das Saastal war uns bis dato nicht bekannt. Wir werden diesen schönen Ort bestimmt erneut besuchen und ganz sicher wieder ein Zimmer in diesem Hotel buchen. Das einzige Negative ist der Glockenschlag der Kirche in unmittelbarer Nähe. Aber uns hat sie nicht gestört. Wir empfanden es sogar als "heimelig" und autentisch.

Surprizing experience

We arrived just around sunset to a barrier without clear i dications so we had to call the hotel reception to get directions, turns out the hotel is in a gated community area and no cars allowed, electric cars run the facility they came and picked us up from the parking, went theought the narrow streets of saas fee with all the beautiful shops and bars, checked in with the most polite and helpful staff, the room was somehow causy and small but very clean and comfortable with awesome mountain and town views. All in all it was a great experience which made us want to come back and spend more time at the Dom and enjoy the beautiful atmosphere at saas fee.

Wohlfühl-Hotel im Zentrum

Direkt am Dorfplatz von Saas-Fee gelegen, bietet das The Dom Hotel die beste Ausgangslage für alle Aktivitäten. Die Skilifte sind gut zu Fuss erreichbar, Migros und Coop gleich um die Ecke, Restaurants und Bars in der näheren Umgebung und vom Aprés-Ski sind es nur wenige Minuten Rückweg! ;-) Doch das Beste ist das Interieur. Wer die Kombination von Bergcharme und Moderne sucht ist hier richtig. Schönes, warmes Holz im Zusammenspiel mit modernen Komponenten schafft ein gemütliches Ambiente, im Zimmer wie auch der Lobby und dem Restaurant. Wir haben uns richtig wohl gefühlt!

Nous revenons un an plus tard. Hotel très agréable, avec une jolie terrasse et un personnel très accueillant. La proximité de l'église peut être génante le matin. Le restaurant a malheureusement baissé de niveau par rapport à l'an passé.
