Teeninduspersonal on väga tore, aga on palju pisiasju, mis mind häirib. Kõige suurem puudus on väga ebakvaliteetne siseviimistlus. Spa, koridoride ja pesuruumide plaatimistööde kvaliteet on täielik null. Samas jälle sisekujundus on väga ilus ja hubane. Kaheinimese voodi võiks olla suur kaheinimese voodi, aga mitte kaks üheinimese voodit kõrvuti pandult. Voodi oli natuke liiga pehme, aga siiski mugav. Hommikusöök oli väga hea ja valik parem kui enamus kohtades. Ainuke miinus hommikusöögi puhul oli see, et leiba oli kahel pool lauda, aga võid ainult ühel pool. Hommikumantlid olid kõik ühte mõõtu ja lühematel inimestel on nendes ebamugav.

Great hotel in The center of Kuressaare

One of the best Hotels in Kuressaare, great breakfast, perfect location, nice spa area. Some of the rooms are a bit tired (so called old part of the hotel), but still ok. If I could choose, then I’d would rather stay in the new part. They have lovely quiet garden area where you can have your breakfast in the morning.

+ sijainti + ilmainen autoparkki + aamianen ihan ok, ei mikään kovin runsas ja jonoa muodostuu (yhden) tarjoilupöydän ympärille helposti. Tarjolla myös espressoa yms. josta plussat + ilmastointi todella tehokas, jopa pois päältä laitettuna huone viileä - huoneen (jostain syystä invahuone) suihkua ei voinut käyttää kastelematta koko kylppäriä (ei suihkukoppia/verhoa/kuivauslastaa) - kylpylä todella pieni, yksi allas ja yksi poreamme - hinta-laatusuhde jäi miinukslle - huoneen tv yksi pienemmistä näkemistäni

We were traveling from Helsinki to Riga and my son wanted to visit Kuressaare. The location of the property is excellent, easy walking to most of the places we wanted to visit. The room was nice and the breakfast was good. We did not use any of the services or the spa. Time to update the TVs, I tried to watch some news before bed and the TV is too small. Aside from that this is is a beautiful little hotel in an ideal location.

We enjoyed our stay at Arensburg and were pleased with everything. Except for one thing that could be improved. During night time, the air conditioner was very loud, which disrupted the sleep to some extent. But otherwise we were content with everything and would love to return some day.

Yövyimme torstaista lauantaihin. Talon palvelut toimivat hyvin, vaikkakin emme juuri käyttäneet muuta kuin aamiaispöytää ja kylpyläpalvelua. Hyvä sijainti keskustassa. Iso siisti huone joka oli suoraan kylpyläosaston yläpuolella (erilaiset erikoissuihkut uimaaltaassa herätti aamulla kun muut vieraat ottivat niitä käyttöön)

Ihana Saaremaa,Kuressaari & hotelli Arensburg❤️

Meillä oli hyvä huone uudelta puolelta ilmastointeineen,Kaksi ystävä pariskuntaaa eivät olleet tajunneet tiedustella ilmanvaihdosta ja heidän huoneensa olivat ns,historiallisella puolella eikä ilmastountia niissä ollut!!30>asteen helteessä heillä tukalat oltavat Sijainti oli mitä loistavin,palveu ja ruoka aamiaisella ja a la varte-listalla loistavas.Ympärillä vanhan kaupungin ruokapaikat,linna ja putiikit..Suosittelen lämpimästi!
