If you need a place to stay, and nothing more, it is okay. Not a very nice building or area. No parking anywhere close. Very small for four people.

Good value property

Very good communication from the agent/owner, easy to find and good location. Downside was the lack of air-conditioner and it was a bit warm during the night, as the apartment is on the top flor. It is ok for a nights stay as we needed.

The apartment itself is a decent property close to the centre of Saarbruecken, with access to nice restaurants and shopping. However, the owner/management didn't notify me that there was a problem with the water supply and a planned cut off in the morning hours (08:00-12:00). Later we found that there was a notice in the lift in German language, which didn't help us non-German tourists a great deal. They could have been honest and upfront so that we could have planned the day better. Also, the listing says Parking available, but you have to pay parking charge per night separately. Listing should clarify that Parking is subject to separate payment.

Man bekommt was man bezahlt

Wir würden die Unterkunft mit neutral bewerten: Preis sehr günstig, aber es ist schon etwas run-down. Vor allem Flur und Eingangsbereich ist nicht sehr vertrauenserweckend. Bett Ok, Bad ok aber nicht tip-top sauber. You get what you pay for... Deshalb ist es ok für eine Nacht aber länger würde ich mir persönlich etwas anderes suchen. Viele Grüsse, Ben

das Zimmer war in gutem Zustand , wir waren zufrieden. Gute Wirtschaft in der Nähe, um etwas zu trinken. Auch gutes Frühstückscafe in der Nähe hat gefallen

One night in saarbrucken

Stayed one night to check out the area, the apartment is very close to a square with lots of restaurants and pubs, great location.. The apartment building is old and a bit wore out but the unit has everything you need for a short stay, I would probably stay there again in the future

Einfache stadtnahe Unterkunft

Das Haus ist schon etwas angewöhnt,das Zimmer an sich aber in Ordnung. Es ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet, die Matratzen erfreulich wenig durchgelegen. Sehr gut ist die Lage, 5 Gehminuten von der Fußgängerzone.

Not suitable for families, but good location.

Apartments are student accommodation studios. I don't consider them suitable for families. However, they are in a good location, close to the centre of town.

Nice location, next to the city center. You can have an interior parking space for a cheap price. Landlord welcome you at arrival and you never see him again, you juste leave the keys in the apartment, which is great if you leave in a hurry or early in the morning.

A hidden gem in an amazing city.

Location was perfect. Bathroom and kitchen facilities both were great. The host dealt with a small issue during the late hours and for that I'm grateful. Tremendous value.
