"We had such a warm and welcoming experience from start to finish. The team truly made us feel at home, building genuine interpersonal connections that made our stay extra special. Every morning, we were treated to a freshly made Moroccan breakfast prepared just for us—delicious and full of local flavor. They were always available to answer questions and help with anything we needed, which made everything so easy and stress-free. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a personal and authentic stay!
Thank you, Riad Andallaspa ❤️"
"Communication with hotel very poor. Sent messages via Expedia and email before arrival and received no response. There is no hotel shuttle, they will send you a taxi and will charge you higher rate. Much cheaper and faster to get an uber. The service in the hotel is pretty average or below average. There is only one or two people that were really outstanding, real shame, below expectations. "
"I was insulted by the pool staff. The supervisor was unapologetic. I raised this with front desk management and I was offered an apology. I am extremely disappointed and flabbergasted with the action of one particular accor hotel staff and his supervisor. Unfortunately I did not get their names but I did raise this with hotel management. There was no indication that they addressed the issue"
