Si può passare sopra le magagne

Albergo con camere rinnovate e servizio in buone condizioni. Letti comodi. Pulizia ottima. La hall si presenta come da foto del sito. Caminetto in funzione come in una baita di montagna. Accogliente. All’arrivo non abbiamo fatto check in per assenza del personale. Comunque ci è stata assegnata la camera prenotata. Mancanza di acqua calda per la doccia. Nessuna colazione per mancanza di personale. La padrona voleva rimborsarci il prezzo della colazione non usufruita, ma abbiamo rinunciato vista l’onesta della persona che si è dimostrata dispiaciuta. Insomma la location è ottima e la gentilezza del gestore è disarmante. Si può passare sopra le magagne.

Nice location and value for money

Hotel located right next to SaPa Town Square, within a 3min walk. The entrance to Hamrong mountain, a popular attraction is right outside the doorstep. Room was very spacious and clean too. Offers bike rental services.

Excellent situated cosy family hotel

this little hotel just in the center of Sapa but in a relatively quiet alley is near everything bus and taxi station, tourism information and tourist buses and on the way to Ham Rong park and mountain. Very nice ambiance , beautiful lobby and very comfy bathroom and all for a minimum price. Really great value for money. Very nice owner they give us our room at seven o'clock in the morning!!!

Definitely worth your penny

The hotel’s owner and the staffs has been very helpful with our 3D2N stay at the hotel. The breakfast is remarkably nice as well as the location of the hotel itself. However, one of our room’s bathroom got its water system clogged and we have informed the staff since the night of our check in date but didn’t got it fixed by the hotel management even though we have been kept informing them each day which is a slight disappointment for us. Others are all perfect.

This hotel is simple and with an ensuite, a fireplace in the room, a balcony with a window that opened and a Tv that worked, not to mention a double bed, what more could anyone need? The breakfast was cooked to order and the baguettes were only surpassed by the Vietnamese coffee served as we ate.

Although most of our stay was pleasant, our experience with the manager upon checking out was very negative. Because of it I would recommend staying somewhere else in Sapa. To begin, we were wildly overcharged for services. Then, the manager arranged for a private car and driver for us but the driver literally kicked us out of the car once out of town, leaving us by the side of the road. The manager was supposed to buy us train tickets; he kept asking us to pay him without providing the tickets, lying when asked about what was going on. Something that could have been so simple ended up being very stressful and requiring a lot of waiting time and uncertainty and interaction with someone being dishonest and disrespectful. I don't normally write negative reviews but this was seriously the only bad experience we had in our three weeks in Vietnam. Disappointing and unnecessary as Sapa has a million other options.

オーナー以外、英語がわからないようです。オーナー夫人の話す英語を聞き取ろうとするも、理解できませんでした。何か伝えてもYes!Yes!Yes!と返事はするものの、まったく伝わっていない。しかもオーナーは、ほとんど不在。 一番面倒だったのは、ドアのカギが壊れていて、その都度スタッフを呼ばなければならず、困りました。部屋は変えてもらえず。

nice hotel near Sapa church.

This hotel does not open 24 hours. My sis and I reached there early morning, there was no place to hang out in the town. TV and one of an electric blanket did not work, just informed one of the staffs. they came and fixed them. A bit difficult to communicate in English but it was not a big problem for us.We like a homy atmosphere.

Prachtig gelegen rustig hotel.

Heel goed hotel voor een redelijke prijs. Ik beveel dit ten zeerste aan. Prima ontbijt met voldoende keuze. De eigenaren zijn zeer bereid om je te informeren. In de winter hebben ze de openbaarden constant aan. Heerlijk warm. Op de kamers hebben ze kleine olie gevulde elektrische kachels. Je moet hier wel om vragen. De ligging van het hotel is prima. Centraal maar rustig. Je kan de drukte opzoeken.
