When I contacted the host about my reservation, he rudely informed me that the place was not available even though I had paid for it on the site because it was available for my dates. The host was rude, unresponsive and unwilling to help. He offered an alternative property which was dingy, uncomfortable and ugly with stained and torn bedsheets. A far cry from what was advertised...
