"Booked a double room when arrived offered a twin, no explanation. Then noticed no wardrobe or drawers, a had booked for 14 days therefore had several clothes. Informed hotel, very rude man came to my room stating not hotels fault and that i can cancel. As no other rooms availible, then he removed wall mounted shelf and pushed beds together and said done..... I contacted Hotels.Com very helpful and supportive within 30min man returned and offered new room with double bed but still no wardrobe,...

"There is nothing in the room! No hand wash dispenser empty Dispenser empty in the tiny shower that takes 10 mins to regulate the temperature!! No kettle cup or glass. We were given one towel for both of us!!"
