「This is a newly renovated property and it is very clean and above normal standard for the area. The staff are all very helpful and friendly. There is a supermarket 1 minute walk away and a restaurant in the hotel (free breakfast buffet). There is also a very good pizza/italian restaurant just 1 minute walk away. 「We stayed in a very clean and comfortable room. It would have been nice if they had provided slippers in the room. Breakfast was quite sufficient. We were welcomed and seen off with a warm smile. We really liked it and are glad we chose Hugo Hotel. If we visit Varna again, we will definitely stay here again. A great place for families to stay safely.」

「A very nice hotel in the center of Varna. There are many dining options nearby and the hotel itself has a restaurant and bar as well. The breakfast buffet is great and provides lot's of different options, both sweet and savoury. The rooms are rather large and fitted with air conditioners. I will definitely visit again.」

「This is an excellent hotel with all the amenities. In particular there is a superb shower there is also a kettle in the room if you want to make tea or coffee. The only downside is it’s about 25 minutes walk to the main tourist sites and about 35 minutes walk to the beach. Another advantage is there is a very good free breakfast, in fact the best I’ve experienced in Eastern Europe on this trip. Overall, an excellent experience as long as you don’t mind walking to the main tourist attractions」

「This is a rather nice hotel which we were upgraded to a studio. Nice view that our room has a balcony. As well, clean with sufficient bathing aids. However, it is a little bit too far from the bus station. Those with heavy suitcases when going there need to go through a rather long tunnel without any lift.」
