"Elevator was broken when we arrived. They only had one. Had to climb to the 4th floor with luggage. Room was not super clean, moved an ottoman and there was all kinds of trash and food underneath. Pillows are horrible, might as well not even have them. Had to go buy our own pillows. "

"Is looking forward to a girl start after a long day of driving.
* The light outside the hotel room door #220 was blinking on and off.
* The main lightswitch to the room didn't work so I manually turned on a light within.
* When I went to close the door, I saw bloody finger traces on the door.
* As I was shocked to see that, a cockroach scuttled along the doorframe.
*In the 5 minutes I spent in that room, I saw 2 more cockroaches.
I know the was no refund but there was no way I was going to start in that hotel. "

"This hotel was such a good experience for our big family! We have 5 kids and it was great to have an option where we could all fit in one two bedroom suite. The breakfast was made and served with love and actually tasted pretty good! I believe there are renovations planned and they would be beneficial, but we had a great experience here!"
