「The room and bathroom were small but clean, and the bed was comfortable. We were on the ground floor and had probably the only room with only a partial sea view. Half of the view was the restaurant. Breakfast was very good - you order from a menu rather than having a buffet. Weather depending, you could sit poolside or in the restaurant. The only drawback was that the A/C was set so it could not be lower than 21°C/70°F. For many that would be fine. For us it was uncomfortable and made it hard...

「Lovely small hotel in the small town of Lovran. Excellent & very fresh morning breakfast buffet. Friendly & excellent service. Highly recommend getting a room with a balcony if you can. Well located spot within minutes to the lungomare & local bus. Really loved this little place. For North America travellers, you will need to go up a stair case before you get to the elevator. Quirks of old buildings. To the hotel, the room we stayed in may need a mattress upgrade as it was getting a bit soft.」

「The property is large with lots of rooms and the wait for elevators can be very frustrating. Everything in the room was functional and clean, though there were quite a few stains in the carpet in the room and hallways. The property is in a good location and they have a nice coffee shop downstairs. Breakfast was included with our stay and there was plenty to chose from at breakfast given it was a huge buffet. I felt the price per night overall was on the high side. Especially for a large,...
