"Me gusto el hotel en general muchas actividades para los niños principalmente también para grandes!!!!! El parque de agua bajo techo muy bueno con bastante ambiente las piscinas de afuera muy bonitas pero muchas personas casi no te podias mover este hotel tiene pase de un dia para el parque de agua y por eso hay mucho movimiento de personas tiene bolos , tiene arcade , también mini golf ⛳️ juegos de buscar tesoros con una varita mágica muy emocionante para entretener a los niños el juego dura 3 horas y después le dan un certificado pero todo esto por un valor extra son paquetes 📦 a mi por ejemplo éramos 5 y pagamos 199 por el paquete se paga 25 por el parque diario mucha variedad de comida un poco cara pero está accesible lo unico no me gustó fue en la habitación el aire se demoró mucho en arrancar hasta media hora desde que paraba hasta que volvió a arrancar el cuerto de los niños un poco pequeña las camas y muy trancado sin mucha ventilación no hay microondas el personal muy atento y amable todos pero mucha pero mucha gente también fui un fin de semana feriado pero los niños lo disfrutaron mucho y eso es lo importante"

LaPlaya Beach & Golf Resort - A Noble House Resort

"Pros: The location can't be beat. Right on a beautiful beach and perfect for us (we wanted to escape the sargassum plaguing South Florida on the east coast). It's a lovely stretch of soft, white sand. Water was clear and warm and the area of the beach was private. Sunsets were unbeatable. Hotel, Restaurant, and Beach staff were all very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and spacious. We had a Premium Ocean View King room in the Gulf Tower and the balcony was perfect for watching the sunset and fireworks as we stayed over 4th of July weekend. You could see Naples' fireworks in the distance and even Sanibel's! Closer to the hotel, people were setting off their own fireworks on the beach and also on the bayside. The live music at sunset was also very nice. There are also activities at the pool for the kids, so it was very family-friendly and the pool area was beautiful. Pro & Con: The food was all very good, but on the pricey side. Cons: could use some better pillows on the bed. We found them to be uncomfortable. The extra blanket was also very itchy. If you are traveling with little ones or someone planning to sleep on the pull out, I would advise to bring your own blanket. Could also use a better shower head. At least in our room, the shower head settings were odd and didn't have enough water pressure. The last thing was that we also found the beach loungers to be a little uncomfortable."

"Overall, everything was excellent, and I had a wonderful experience during my stay. The staff, accommodations, and overall service exceeded my expectations. The only concern I encountered involved the valet parking attendants. I overheard comments indicating that they should prioritize parking vehicles for restaurant patrons rather than hotel guests because hotel guests "don't tip." I found this to be unprofessional and discourteous, as all guests should receive the same level of service and courtesy regardless of where they are visiting within the property. I wanted to share this feedback in the spirit of helping maintain the high standard of hospitality that was evident throughout the rest of my stay."

"Front desk associate was friendly and very welcoming when we arrived. Check in process was quick and efficient. Room was very clean and everything was in good working order. Th we bar and restaurant associates were friendly. Had dinner twice and breakfast once. Dinners were excellent and great service. The breakfast buffet has a very good variety of things to choose from. The pool was refreshing and well maintained, the beach was beautiful. This is the second time I have stay at this property, my stays were a few years apart and both times I enjoyed everything the property has to offer."
