「The hotel decor was lovely, the bar and bar staff were great with a good variety of drinks and a good atmosphere. I only marked the staff/service down because it took reception a while to find our booking and they didn't apologise for the error. But other than that it was a lovely stay and everything was excellent. 」

「This is the most satisfying hotel I have ever stayed in. The room comes with a kitchen, which is new and fully equipped, so we can enjoy self-cooked dinner and breakfast. But there is also a 24-hour hotel front desk service. The service staff are young and very friendly to help guests. There are lockers for storing luggage and seats for guests to rest. 「The hotel itself was lovely, all the ataff were healpful and friendly. Our room was gorgeous, spacious with plenty of room to put away clothes - which never happens these days! The bed was so comfy. One tiny thing is that the room was quite dim - even with all the lights on, but honestly, that could be my age!! Breakfast was delicious with plenty of options and they catered very well for my partner who is a celiac. We will definitely be back.」
