Overall the stay was good. Only disappointment was the room. At the time of booking, I booked a double bed. On arrival I was told a room with a double bed was not available and I would get a new room. I never got a new room. No one ever followed up.

Food selection especially room service options were not good ver inconvenient to get ice Our ver expensive “romantic dinner” on the beach was very disappointing. Although due to vey high winds we requested some coverage as we were unable to cancel reschedule.. the tomahawk steak was a terrible cut one of the bottles that was not included in addition to this meal of wine we ordered was literally blown over by the wind but yet we were not compensated and had to pay for a second bottle, the server and chef were very nice but all in all it was a really bad experience and a cost we were not expecting to pay at an all-inclusive resort, it was not explained very well to us we thought it was a courtesy for our 30 year anniversary. We had not even gotten our luggage to our room yet and we’re being asked what we wanted to do for dinners each night it was a bit overwhelming. We also had to figure out how to make our own reservations to go to hibachi. Otherwise the staff besides the bartender at the pool and a few front desk people who seemed annoyed when you asked for change we are very pleasant and friendly the front bar was excellent, and the rooms and view were absolutely breathtaking. It’s a shame the pools are not open at night at least on the adult side.

Most of the staff was nice although there were a few rude ladies. The fellas were always so fun and kind and helpful to my husband and I. its a beautiful hotel. Safe and clean. They need more nice shows and entertainment during the week. we had a suite with a pool view loved the spacious room and how pretty it looked. Overall we had a wonderful time. I would recommend it.

Truly cannot recommend this resort enough. Everyone was so kind, accommodating, and ensured our entire family had a wonderful time. From the welcome cool towel and cocktail, to making sure our glasses were full by the pool and on the beach, to stopping us on our way back to our room to make sure we had everything we needed. All of the restaurants on the resort are AMAZNG. Making the reservations was kind of a pain but so worth it. Some of the best meals our family has eaten. It never felt too crowded, and you could relax or party as much or as little as you wanted. There were some peddlers on the beach, but there were never too much of a nuisance. All around our family cannot wait for our next trip here to enjoy the luxury and experience. If you were like us and are sitting on your phone or laptop scroll through reviews trying to find the perfect resort to book for your dream vacation, please look no further. Book your stay with this resort and have the best time!

The room was nice but a little outdated with the all white decor. The food options were okay. The staff was friendly and kind. The beach was disappointing because there are so many rocks vs sand. I did capture some pics of sea lifenear the shore. Guests definitely prefer the pool to the beach at this resort.

This place is amazing very nice and professional service. Good vibes very clear. The employees were on the top of everything. Also very delicious food. I love the fact that they have room service all day and night. I definitely recommend Bahia Principe luxury. I’ll definitely go back. Thank y’all for making us had a wonderful vacation!

We had pretty bad experience at this place. First and last time we were there. Service is 50/50, some people are good but some are very slow and they don't give a f@ck about you. Food: I didn't like it. Even in the restaurant that you had to book in advance food is not good. Most of the food was tasteless. Especially all starters and cold appetizers. They cook them all in advance and it's horrible. Sushi in the regular supermarket is way better than their sushi in restaurant. But main dishes were good. You can smoke only in the designated places even you are outside on the street. There is no beach!! The closest "beach" was 10 minutes walk from building 27. And no sand, sand is mixed with small stones. At the check out someone booked romantic dinner under my room number and they tried to get money from me. The lobby is an open air and there is a humidity and you are all Sweat, no AC. few days in the row they do some construction that was started around 7am and we couldn't sleep. But overall this hotel is OK. I wouldn't say it's luxury, regular rooms with regular furniture. TV in the room doesn't have original remote control so you can't use your Netflix or YouTube.

Quiet. However not pleased that although we pay more for upgrade to luxury side the nightly entertainment has been moved to the grand side which is a hassle to get to the other side conveniently. We pay for no children during entertainment and thus did not happen

My first time in Jamaica and it was amazing. This hotel had everything. Beautiful, clean, the view was amazing. The food was amazing and the people so nice. I would stay at this hotel every time.
