"Staff were very welcoming and accommodating throughout our stay, they could not do enough to help us and make sure our stay was as smooth as possible. Spa facilities were great, lots of options and not too overcrowded. At the beginning of our stay we were given a list of all the activities put on by the hotel that week which was a nice touch. "Hotel Cristallo is a gem of a hotel, and the perfect location from which to explore the Dolomites. The staff is extraordinarily friendly and helpful, and makes you feel at home.
