「I only say it was inconvenient because I was using the train. And it was across town. Still there aren’t hotels like this anymore with monogram, bath towels, and old style sink showers toilets bidets. Wonderful buffet breakfast. A blast of the past.」

「Very simple room, but very spacious and clean. Bedside reading lamps were the only things missing that we could have used. Great location right across the road from the railway station, and an easy 25-minute walk into the old town. The afternoon receptionist kindly assisted us in solving a problem with our reservation at the Alda hotel at our next destination, and we really appreciated that! We'd stay here again.」

「One of the nicest, most charming hotels at which we stayed during our recent Camino. Beautiful hotel in a charming pastoral setting. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Only quibble, and a small one: There is a hefty charge for using both the sauna and hot tub. Have never encountered that before. 」

「Great service from the people in the reception. Nice room, but only two smaller windows facing the backyard. Fresh decoration, nice bed, good shower, and we had our breakfast included. 「Ultra modern hotel with friendly/helpful staff. We only stayed one night on our Santiago pilgrimage but were happy with this pick. AC was awesome especially with the heat wave. The room had some fun modern touches though the weird door thing in the bathtub was inconvenient and difficult to use. We didn't have time to dine at the facility but there were a few restaurants by the monastery that were good. 」
