The rooms were very clean, and the maintenance staff responded immediately when we needed additional towels. Their customer service was outstanding. 「Breakfast was amazing. While eating, a couple of elk went walking by on the golf course. My room had a balcony, so on the rainy evenings, I would go out there and drink some coffee, even though the weather didn't call for drinking coffee. The evening and day staff were just wonderful.」

「Shadow Mountain Lodge is a nice quiet place to stay and we’ve stayed here in the past but it has changed, there is no more face to face interaction with any staff, all check in and check out is done by phone. There is no more hot tub, it has been filled in and is now a sitting area. There is a small cabinet in the corner of the porch with extra towels and coffee pods and anything else you might need so we never saw a house keeper yet there was an envelope on the table to leave a tip for the...

「It was clean and remodeled in a safe location. It is across from a previously flooded area that is not cleaned up yet but that wasn’t too bad. Check in time was later as there was a change in owner. It was easy to find.」
