Bad attitude and service
They charged three more days room fee without my permission when I lived in this hotel period, and I proved receipts to them what I paid when I checked in because I was checking my credit card bill. It's a mistake, and they're keep ignoring this issue. It's not a good attitude and service.

Super Lage, nah zum Bahnhof Gesundbrunnen und direkt ein Center gegenüber. Nettes Personal und sehr sauber. Werde auch in Zukunft das Ocak Hotel bei meinen Berlin Aufenthalten bevorzugen 👍
