"The rooms definitely need renovations. The hallway to reach the room takes a good 20 mn of walk!! On top of having skied all day and paying no less of 700€ a night. The gondola is not even included to reach the town (only at check-in and check-out) which is an additional 22€ per couple per ride. The bed is not comfortable at all and still using 2 single beds which is not adequate for a couple. Room service stops at 9pm which does not make sense! "

"A wonderfull and efficiënt check-in. We were allowed to have an early check-in as the room was cleaned allready. A small, 9-appartement chalet, great location in front of ski-bus. No ski-out but somewhat a ski-in. Lifts are 3 stops. The rooms are clean and cosy, though not that big. The building is somehow noisy as the upper floor neighbours could be heard walking. Breakfast 4*. Valentina 5*"

"The entire hotel staff are very gracious, professional, and accommodating...made our stay comfortable and relaxing. The hotel offers free parking on the premises. "A lovely welcoming hotel. Staff were amazing and helpful. Easy parking with big parking space in front of hotel. Ski bus operated by the hotel twice in the morning but the public ski bus is right in front of the hotel as well. Driving to the nearest ski area (Warth) was easy 12-15 minutes and at the Jägeralp skilift there was plenty of parking. The road between Warth and Lech is closed (not sure if it is a permanent thing for winters, but that means that Lech/Oberlech can only be reached by...

"We arrived early and were made very welcome, room was ready on time and made up as we asked. Breakfast, afternoon cakes were great and the chef makes a great omelette, Spa is very modern and well maintained, rooms were cleaned every day and the hotel had a lovely feel. The bus stops directly outside the hotel so getting to and from was very easy though it is possible to ski in and out as well. Great stay very nice people"
