「Room was good although well worn. The staff were friendly but not great English. Breakfast was ok, but somewhat poor quality. One example: I needed ice for a sprain and it took 10 hours to get any. Overpriced for the quality.」

O espelho do banheiro onde fiquei estava quebrado, saiu da parede, estava no chão, sem falar da situação do chuveiro e portas do “box”! Quando chegamos havia chovido e tinha água dentro do quarto, a moça que nos recebeu teve que usar rodo para tirar a agua… roupas de cama sujas, tv no quarto, porém não funciona porque não tem tomada, aliás tem apenas uma tomada no quarto que é usada para o repelente...

「If you are accustomed to Western comforts, DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY! The property did not have air conditioning and the power kept going out and the power controlled the water as well. The management demanded a resort fee when it was just a basic apartment without additional amenities. I stayed in the room for 3 hours but had to leave because it was too hot and I couldn’t use the fan or take a shower. They refused to refund my $60 “resort fee” they asked me to pay in cash and I didn’t get a...

「One of the nicest hotels in Kigali. Comparable with Radisson Blu. Just opened April 2026. Pool is very clean. Roof top restaurant serves excellent Menu. I would rate it a 4 star hotel. 」
