"I arrived at 4am to be given a room with no hot water. I even paid extra for that early check-in
only to be disappointed. I asked several times to be moved to another room and they refused. There was no hot water for 24hrs in my room. It was the most appalling experience as I had a tour at 9am that same day I arrived.The hotel is located in a part of town where you can people preaching in the middle of the night. If you're a light sleeper, its not worth it. "

"Nice place to stay. Only had one night and arrive late and left next morning. WOuld have been very good review except I hated that there were cigarette burns in the sheet. I would have complained and got them changed but we arrive at 23.00 and just too tired to make a fuss."

"Note this property may struggle with taking Expedia reservations, when I went to the property, despite having a receipt proclaiming my purchase of a room, they said they had not received my money.
