"Clean room, quiet hotel, good breakfast. Only complaint was the water park was out of towels often and the front desk wasn’t very helpful about it. Referred us to talk to the hotel across the parking lot (Fairfield) as they are in charge of the water park. "

I walked into my room,there was stool in the toilet unflushed, the thermostat nobs were missing, the fan wouldn't turn off and the window wouldn't open I went back to the front desk, the service person said there wasnothing he could do no would he refund my money. I left the building and stayed elsewhere. "
