「The property is in an excellent location right in the heart of the old town and it was maintained to the highest level (just as you see them in the photos). It truly felt like a luxurious room/suite and the only thing about it that you could comment on was that the aircon made a bit of a strange noise but other than that it was pretty perfect. Whilst it didn't affect us, the building in which we stayed doesn't have a lift. Would stay again.」

「Edi = Very nice guy Room = Tidy, Clean, *****」

「We were met by our host after arriving late and she was great to help with the luggage of two weary travelers. The room was small, clean and ready when we arrived. We used our stay there just as a night to rest up before heading on to Kotor. This was our introduction to climbing steps throughout the vacation.」

「Excellent spacious super-clean property and rooms. Great bathroom, and shower. Rooftop terrace with amazing sea and mountain views. Also, an outdoor kitchen which has all that you need. Owners and family are lovely and are always available should you need any help with anything! Pleasant 15-20 mins walk to old town, but small supermarket, and bakers on your doorstep. Owners arranged transfers to and from the airport, which is a great coastal journey. Will return, for sure!」

「Clean modern and well maintained. Be aware that there is someone at the desk only when a visitor is expected. Also, there are many stairs to climb to reach the lobby and more to reach the rooms. Good air conditioning.」

「On the first night of my stay, the showerhead broke halfway through my shower, and the water temperature was hard to control. I ended up finishing the shower in a very awkward and uncomfortable way. Later, when I was about to go to sleep, I found that the air conditioner remote had no batteries, so I had to go the whole night without any air conditioning. When I told the hostess, she assumed I was the one who broke it. Upon checkout, she asked me for €20 for the city tax, even though I had...

「Pros: Located in the old town close to all restaurants and shops. Cons: you need to climb up 109 steps to get to the room, these are stone, uneven and tall steps, not an easy climb. The room felt crowded with unnecessary decor and felt dirty, with only a tiny window so it felt like a dungeon. I found an old soap hiding by the sink, the kettle was absolutely filthy with gunk at the bottom of it. Cleaning is only every three days by request. Our room wasn’t cleaned when requested it, they just...

「Beware - this hotel is not a good option when arriving late. There is no 24 hour reception and there are no staff around into the evening. Our flight was delayed and we needed to contact Expedia support to arrange for help. (Though I must say the Expedia support staff were excellent)... If they don't want to man a reception, perhaps they could look at self check-in options moving forward. The property were also not good at responding to messages through the Expedia app. We requested a twin...

「Amazing stay!!! We just got back from our European adventure and our stay in Dubrovnik was 100% our favourite! The owner, Nikolina, made the experience 10/10. She arranged an airport pickup for us - they met us at the airport & dropped us right outside the walls of old town, where Nikolina herself was waiting to meet us. She then walked us directly to the hotel, giving us instructions/information about places we passed on the way. The room itself was lovely; comfortable bed, ice cold AC & a...

「房間寬敞，服務親切，地點離老城區各大景點非常近，買水用餐都很方便，公車站&一日遊服務接送也好找，相當推薦」
