"Super dirty rooms, first room found dirty socks on bed with a blood stained sheet. Moved to second room where bed was covered in dog hair and dingy room. Staff said a refund would be issued at checkout next morning the lady said NOPE I stood the night I explained I had no choice it was 11pm at night ..."
