** Not what is being represented **

Unfortunately this apartment is being misrepresented. It isn't as pictures show, the owners are not Angelo d'Oro Holiday Home Orto, it is someone else and they aren't very helpful. We were dumped off and given no further information. The toilet was running all day/night and when we emailed to have fixed nobody responded. The shower overflows all over the floor. The stairs to the bedrooms are very steep and have not rails to hold onto while going down. The bedrooms are on the 2nd floor and bathroom downstairs on 1st. The only good thing is, the location is superb. I would not recommend this apartment. Probably many others that take pride in their ownership are in this location. Cleaniness was also a negative, the bedding was not clean.

Well located but thats all

Bears no relation to previous positive reviews unless you like budget standard accommodation. Property is clean andbeds OK. Downstairs very dark. Very basic kitchen and washing machine doesnt work. Location is very good but dont expect any frills. I wouldnt recommend this property.

Great Hospitality! Angelo d'Oro Hotel & Apartments

Angelo d'Oro has a main hotel location and several rental apartments located nearby. The service provided is fantastic, and the communication is great! upon arrival they will arrange to transport you in a small golf cart to help you with your luggage, and/or transport you their private parking lot if you arrive via car. I have visited Rovinj twice and booked Angelo d'Oro apartments both times: "Street Croce" was great for the first visit, however, unfortunately, "Holiday Home Orto" for the second visit was a disappointment due to the first floor of the apartment being situated halfway below the ground with a very unpleasant strong musty odor - thankfully due to Angelo d'Oro's outstanding customer service, they had another apartment available for us, and "Trevisol 3" was just perfect!

OK apartment in at an amazing location

The apartment is located in the old Rovinj which is not accessible using a car. And fortunately, the hotel associated with this apartment offers a cart to bring you and your luggage. This is a wonderful service. Add this to the hotel staff where you do your check in, it is EXCELLENT services. The only issues are with the condition of the apartment which needs an update. They started with the bathroom which is brand new and it is appreciated and really nice. The rooms are OK as is. The living room would really need improvements. The main issue is the humidity smell which may be caused by the fact that the living room is in a basement.
