The unit itself was on the third floor for a senior very difficult to handle. At this time it was an awful construction zone. I was instructed to enter from the back of the building. There was no access from the back of the building bad communication on that subject. So I had to go find another parking space. And take a taxi to go get my car at departure. All around it was an awful experience. The unit itself was very clean!

Room was supplied with extra sheets and blankets wrapped in sanitary wrap, washer and dryer in bathroom and full kitchen with a fully usable smart tv. It was a good place to stay.

C'est un loft du genre moderne. Par contre, les escaliers étaient enneigés pour se rendre tout en haut (pas évident avec des bagages). De plus, ce n'est pas insonorisé. On entendait très bien le monsieur dans le loft en face. Le fond de la douche était sale (poils et saletés).

Pour un séjour d'une nuit, le loft est très confortable et propre. Le seul inconvénient : le stationnement inclus/gratuit derrière la bâtisse laisse à désirer. C'est sale et nauséabonde à cause de plusieurs bacs de poubelles qui débordent. On s'est stationné à la Place de la citoyenneté situé à quelques secondes de la bâtisse.

C'était visiblement un appartement en rénovation, à moitié fini. Il y avait une belle cuisine et des choses luxueuses (même trop), et d'autres qui n'avaient pas d'allure (papier de toilette qui traine par terre, fils électrique apparents autour du cadre de porte pas fini, pas super pour les enfants, chambre sans aucune fenêtre ou aération, bain à remous brisé et au contour non fini....). On s'en serait acommodé, mais le problème était la saleté Poils et cheveux dans le bain, etc, plancher rempli de poils, cheveux et de traces - on a du changer nos bas dans l'auto avant de partir parce qu'il étaient trop sales. La literie était très propre, mais la tête de lit si poussiéreuse et sale qu'on a dormi la tête de l'autre côté. Bien dommage, car la localisation était parfaite, la cuisine bien garnie, et le prix, bien intéressant.

Tout était parfait. Mais il manquait je dirais une table à côté du lit. Et la prochaine fois, je vais prendre un avec salon et chambre fermée.

J'ai trouvé qu'il manquait plusieurs détails dans la finition. Il manquait des crochets dans la salle de bain et dans la chambre. Le système de climatisation n'avait pas de renvoi et l'eau coulé dans le plancher de la chambre. La table et les chaises de mauvaise qualité et très fragiles. La balance, bien. Le lit, bien. Salle de bain, très bien.
