"We initially felt unsafe here . This was probably not a fair assessment- it was based on how we felt that day . We did leave the hotel to stay somewhere else as I was feeling anxious. "Staff was amazing and extremely friendly. They helped us out for our needs as we celebrated a couple nights in Hermanus. The room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was included with our stay and had a lot of options for us. Parking was included as we had our rental for this stop as part of the Garden Route. The hotel is about a 10 min walk from City Center and along the cliff Road Trail that goes around the bay. Again I can’t stress how great the staff was and for a boutique hotel, they matched the energy and attention of a bed and breakfast. Would come back."
