Numerous stains on the rug in the hotel room ice machine did not work on two floors and then to top it up, which is totally disgusting was a child went to the bathroom in the swimming pool and we heard about it from another child, leaving the pool with their mother, needless to say that turned us off from even using the pool, which we had intended to do overall I would never recommend this hotel to anybody or go there again and upon checking out, no one even asked us how our stay was"

"My room was excellent - clean and cozy - and the staff was lovely. The breakfast could have been a bit better. Also, although I appreciated the mini fridge in my room, a microwave would have been nice as well."
