「Room was spotless. All of the staff especially lady on front desk sorry I cannot remember her name, were amazing and so welcoming, friendly and accommodating. In fact, all the staff went above and beyond by promptly bringing us a plug in fan heater for our room when the heating wasn't functioning and when I asked for some more bottled water they brought up 4 instead of just 2. The cleaning lady who offered more clean towels as we stayed an extra night was so sweet. The breakfast lady was super...

「A brilliant stay at The Holmes Hotel. The location is ideal, just a short walk from Oxford Street and Marylebone High Street, with excellent transport links. The staffs were super friendly and helpful, always on hand with a smile. The rooms are clean, modern, and very comfortable. The breakfast was a real highlight - delicious and varied. We will definitely be coming back on our next trip to London.」

「just next to kings cross station and st pancras. Super conveninent with lots of foodstores nearby. Despite a small entrance, the hotel itself is really spacious. Very new and clean. Rooms are a bit dark. But overall it is really good. Love the pantry where u can serve yourself, from milk, snacks, to cake, coffee, newspaper and magazine.」
