「Middlethorpe Hall is peaceful beautiful elegant country House full of charm. The surroundings inside and out are spectacular. The staff discreetly attentive and charming. Dining options allow formal or informal dining. The Spa offers good quality treatments and the whole experience left me refreshed, relaxed and delighted to have spent time there. Excellent and unique.」

「Everything was spot on」

「The hotel actually has two sections on two sides of the bridge. We were expecting to be on the water side but was disappointed. The room only has a small window facing the back of the hotel. Nothing impressive at all. The staffs were not helpful on anything. We were asked by the front desk to go across the bridge to make booking at the hotel restaurant. 」

「Everything about the hotel was excellent. Atmosphere was ambient and staff were always helpful and provided excellent service. Would definitely recommend this hotel to our friends and family.」

「Our stay in the hotel was comfortable and the hotel is located just adjacent to the train station. The breakfast is great. Yet the room may need some renovation as it actually getting old. During check-in, we were informed to pay for the hotel, which we already paid during the booking, but it was rectified once we spoke to the hotel staff during check-out. 」

「This hotel & Spa is absolutely amazing, the staff were so attentive to our needs, I had booked this hotel for a treat for my family which they so enjoyed, the grounds are beautiful and the food is cooked from the best quality, yes, the spa is not huge when you compare this to other spa facilities but this gives this hotel spa the advantage of giving you space to enjoy the spa experience, would I travel to this hotel again, most definitely, worth every penny.」
