Very walkable to most of the attractions in Rouen, plus many good restaurants. Having on-site parking was a plus and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Overall, a very good stay.

Good convenient location for exploring Rouen - near the Cathedral, a good amount of food options around. Staff were friendly and accomodating. Only downside was room got a little stuffy meaning we had to open the window, but the traffic and noises outside meant that the sleep was not so good. Other than that, fine for a short stay.

I went to Rouen last year, and I fell in love with the city. I stayed at Hotel de Quebec at that time too. When I decided to visit Rouen again this year, I just didn’t look for any other hotels. I knew I would stay there again. And just like last year, everyone was super nice. Merci du fond du cœur, Maxime et ses parents This hotel is located very conveniently; the rooms are clean; the breakfast is VERY good. Encore merci . Merci mille fois

I had an excellent stay at the Hotel de Quebec. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great. The staff were great. They spoke English well and also were patient with me as I tried to practice French with them. I was able to walk to Eglise Saint Maclou within about 15 minutes and enjoyed a great meal outside the church at the recommendation of the staff. Public rental bicycles are just around the block from the hotel. I was able to find street parking, but it was a couple of blocks away one day, right in front of the hotel the other.

Amazing central location!

Amazing central location, 10 mins walk from cathedral and sights - and with parking (supplement). You can't ask for a better location. Restaurants and bars a plenty in the area!

Great little hotel in centre of town

Great little hotel not far from the cathedral and the rest of town. Would stay again but would definitely request a room on a lower floor as there’s no lift and the Wifi didn’t really work on the 4th floor! Parking space was a bonus. Charged €15 per day in secure car park.

Be wary

Beautiful modern rooms, but there is no lift, so you must carry heavy luggage up the stairs - rooms are spread over 4 floors above ground level. There is absolutely no staff in the hotel after 8pm and no way to contact them if you have a question or problem with your room. The staff were also not responsive to messages sent via hotels.com.
