「The property itself is great, the staff super friendly, and across from kings park was a treat. It probably was a bit further from town than I thought, but the small kitchen and washing / dryer was fantastic. 」

「Stayed there for 6 nights, room is clean, staffs are nice and helpful. Fully equipped with washing drying machine, stove, microwave and even a dish washer. 3 min walk away from a bus station that can take you to the bus terminal in less than 10min and you can go places from there.」

「No cover on the highest floor. Cannot hand clothes outside cause the birds keep making poo poo.」

「It's very good to have kitchen, washing machine and clothes dryer. Good service and nice staff. It's great to have balcony. Nice experience. If the room is bigger that will be better but I am satisfied for the experience in the hotel. And good location for near the bus stop and train station. It's appreciated」

「Great Hotel in Perth. This is the best hotel I stay in AUS. Rate not expensive, but quality is greater than I pay. The facilities condition are good and new. Staff are friendly and helpful. Very Happy to stay in this hotel. I must stay this hotel if I go to Perth again.」

「Easy walk to all activities we were doing. Staff were amazing and very accommodating. Clean room and bathroom well stocked. No view from the room but we were not there long enough to be concerned. Many buildings near by closed and full of graffiti which makes the area less desirable but in time when the buildings around are redeveloped it will improve. Minor negative was only one pillow per person so no pillows to place against headboard to sit up in bed. Perhaps this will change soon....
