「Room is spacious and clean in general. AC super loud and dusty. Phone very dusty too. Poor sound proof. You can hear doors closing heavily on your floor, people talking in their rooms and even dogs barking in a room. 」

The only problem we had was that because of our neighbours next door the first night we could not sleep but the staff and the assistant manager were very courteous and changed our room the next day. 「Very terrible experience. Booked this hotel as I had an important interview downtown in Albany. When I arrived there at 9pm, it’s overbooked and we were relocated to a motel 20 mins away. The motel was terrible and the hair dryer was even broken. The staff was rude when we tried to understand the situation. 「The room was clean and nicely laid out and appointed. The decor was rustic chic. The fridge was a nice size. There were plenty of towels and washcloths. Breakfast was very good with hot and cold options. The staff were very helpful. We will definitely be back in the future.」
