Everything was neat & clean, heated pool was awesome and Sulfur room provided private space at no extra cost. Staff at reception ( think his name was Nirotam) was polite and efficient. Property feels tired and parking space was tricky but overall great value for money.

Do not waste time in booking this motel. The place is run down, dirty, mouldy and smelly. We booked and paid for a 2brm unit. The moment we opened the door the smell just got us. They had sprayed so much spray to try and mask the smell of the room, it was dreadful. The first night I could not sleep, my chest felt wheezy. The sofa which turns into a bed was broken and the fake leather was all split. When folded out there was old food and rubbish. The cleaners definitely do not clean. The bathroom was mouldy and someone elses hair on surface. We went to talk to the reception and we waited for 30mins until another worker went to get him from out the back. The only good thing was the pool. Never go there ever again!!!

The heat pump in the room I was in had an issue when put on high it would thunder through the way in and out of cycle. It sounded like a washing machine out of balance. I had to turn it off overnight as the noise would wake you up. Could have done with another blanket on the bed. Apart from that it was clean and tidy.

Overall I enjoyed my stay. A nice warm room with everything I needed. Very conveniently located to local shops and restaurants etc. Just a little noise created by Saturday evening traffic on the busy road fronting the motel
