"Just to note-lovely brilliant stay but there is no air con if that is on your ‘must’ list Great stay-breakfast adequate and enough-usual fayre. We ate evening meal in restaurant and service and food were excellent-would recommend 👍 As there were two of us travelling -plus-there were actually 2 x chairs in the room to sit on"

"The hotel experience was great, room super clean and comfortable, the only issue I had, was, I booked my hotel through Expedia and I include breakfast options on my reservation and payment, when I was doing my check out, the lady at the from Desk, told me that I need to pay for my breakfast, I mentioned, that I booked and paid it when I booked online, because that is what O so, every time I have that option, but it was in vain, I guess the money I paid was include as a room payment, that mean, that I pay a higher room fee per night, so, make sure you have your reservation clear, because they are no to polite. But, like I mentioned before, the hotel is excellent, breakfast is great, location is super, and 14 minutes walk from Train Station. Not polite, and have your reservation and payment clear."

"The property was quaint and right in the heart of the beautiful town. My husband and our two children (17&18) enjoyed the stay very much. Mike was very hospitable and he made sure we were well taken care of. Breakfast was great and everything was very clean. We will definitely stay here again!"

"Excellent location and beautiful hotel. We were there during the heat wave and there’s no AC. It was probably 80 degrees in our room. The staff was very nice to give us an extra table fan but it was still very hot until 4 am when it cooled off outside. We opened all of the windows and propped the front door. It was cooler in the hallway than our room. I would still stay there again, we might just buy our own fans next time."

"We were visiting during a heat wave in Europe. This hotel is a historic building so there is no AC. The young man that works there made sure we had 2 fans which were helpful. The breakfast was great. The WiFi was not great. Other than that, this hotel is a short walk from the train station and perfect location inside the medieval wall. I would definitely go back-- just not during a heat wave again."
