"Man muss eine halbe Stunde laufen, um den Schlüssel zu bekommen. Das ist aus der Buchung nicht ersichtlich. Das Zimmer wurde auch nichts komplett gereinigt. Ich hatte noch den alten, stinkenden Müll sowie ein paar persönliche Gegenstände der Vormieter. Das Geschirr war ebenfalls nicht so ganz sauber. An sich hat das Hotel eine gute Lage aber das parken in der Nähe ist sehr teuer. Es ist aber klimatisiert und modern eingerichtet."

"Der Hafen ist recht gut zu Fuß erreichbar, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten entlang der Hauptstraße gibt es genug. Das Auto haben wir garnicht benutzt. Der Zustand des Apartments ist für 1-2 Nächte Ok mehr auch nicht. Kabel gucken an einigen Stellen heraus, Fußboden- und Deckenleisten fallen ab, Duschbrause verkalkt, Stühle im Esszimmer fallen fast auseinander. Für den Preis und unser Anliegen (Städtetrip 2 Nächte) ist es alles in allem aber Ok 👌 "

"Wir haben bei dem Preis nicht viel erwartet. Aber es kam noch schlimmer. Erstmal war es nicht die Wohnung die in unserer Buchungsbestätigung angegeben war. (Sollte "Ella" war "Lara). Das schlimmste war das Treppenhaus, es hat so stark nach müll gestunken das man es keine Minute aishalten konnte. Überalle Baustaub, Baudreck und Baumaterialien die es erschwert haben unser Gepäck hoch zu tragen. In der Wohnung funktionierte im Schlafzimmer und teilweise in der Küche die beleuchtung nicht. "This place was a wonderful surprise! We needed last minute lodging and this place popped up. It's an older property, but comfortable, clean, quiet, and modern inside. "I chose this hotel because it's near the station and seemed very good value. Both are true. The area isn't the best and it's quite a longish walk into the old city (going via the river path is nicest) but no complaints about the hotel itself. Our room was clean, comfy, quiet (despite it being on a busy road) and had air conditioning. Like others I'm not sure about the bathroom set-up (gaps over and under doors, frosted glass) but otherwise it was fine."

"This is a really lovely apartment hotel in a former industrial building, the highlight of which is a Patanoster. The breakfast is excellent and is served in a lovely loft-style setting – high-quality produce such as a superb selection of cheeses, really good scrambled eggs, delicious croissants and so on. The only downsides this time were a) the heat (the room had no air conditioning, which isn’t usually a problem in Hamburg, but this week and last week were really sweltering) and b) the fact that during the week, after 10 pm when the bar closes, there’s no way to buy drinks or anything similar. A small vending machine would be helpful."
