As always, relaxing and cosy in a beautiful setting with everything you need as a family. The suite, the pool, Admirals club, the restaurant - everywhere things are geared for kids without the kids being in the center - so the adults feel relaxed too ;-)

Die Aufbettung für das mitgebuchte Kind erfolgte erst auf Nachfrage. Aus der Dusche lief das Wasser aus und überschwemmte das ganze Bad. Die Zimmertür ließ sich nur mit viel Kraft schließen. Für Kinder unmöglich. Bei dem Preis hätte ich gern auf diese Zustände verzichtet.

Eine tolle Lobby, auch die Unterhaltung zum Abend klasse. Leider bei später Ankunft zu wenig Personal, um die Anzahl der Besucher gerecht zu werden. Das erste Zimmer, in die Jahre gekommen, Tür von der Terrasse ging nicht mehr zu verschließen, was im Erdgeschoss natürlich etwas ungünstig ist. Das Schlafsofa wurde ohne Matratze angeboten, so das die Familie mit vier Leuten im Bett schlief, weil zur später Stunde kein Personal verfügbar war. Beim Frühstück der Service war nicht blickig. Preis Leistung finde ich persönlich nicht angemessen. Unsere Kritik wurde mit leichtem Preisnachlass berücksichtigt. Kinder durften nur eine Stunde im Spa sich aufhalten. Sehr schade, jedoch bei manchen Familien auch nachvollziehbar. Alles in allem, trotzdem ein schönes Hotel. Für das Geld jedoch nicht angemessen.
